SUPPLY CHAIN, FINANCE & GROUP ERP IMPLEMENTATION
The Photobox Group selected Instrumentum to project manage its Sage Enterprise Management (formerly X3) ERP implementation for household brands Photobox and Moonpig. Instrumentum guided Photobox to a successful go-live covering Supply Chain across the UK and France, including Outsourcers and 3rd Party Warehouses, and Finance operations in London and Paris. Instrumentum is now engaged in a second project phase - more news on this soon...
DATABASE TRANSFORMATION PROJECT
Petrotechnics, a leader in Enterprise Operational Risk Management software, with clients in Oil & Gas and Rail industries across the globe, approached Instrumentum to help transform it's premium Oracle RDBMS based product, Proscient, to support Microsoft SQL Server.
Instrumentum carried out a detailed assessment of the Proscient software, development tooling and processes, delivering a report to the Board of Directors describing the full transformation scope required to support both Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
Instrumentum worked with Petrotechnics to develop a transformation strategy tailored to the client's business needs and, following approval by the Board of Directors, Instrumentum led the planning and execution of the transformation project.
Instrumentum provided a range of services including Technical Scoping, Strategy Planning, Transformation Design, Technical Implementation and Project Planning & Management.
Instrumentum worked closely with Petrotechnics throughout the project, leveraging Petrotechnics' existing in-house skills & experience and involving a variety of teams to accelerate engagement and adoption of new development tooling and processes capable of supporting both RDBMSs.
As a direct result of Proscient's new capabilities, Petrotechnics is winning new business and is positioned to increase its market share.
SAGE X3 INTEGRATION PROJECT
Sage provides Enterprise Resource Planning and Business Management Software to thousands of clients worldwide. Sage X3 is Sage's global ERP solution marketed to mid-market, enterprise and government bodies.
Sage commissioned Instrumentum to provide technical leadership and project management services to deliver an integration project for one of it's clients.

Instrumentum managed a team of Sage X3 consultants and supported the client's other suppliers to successfully delivery an integration between Sage X3 and the client's payments and banking systems.
EPOS DATA SYNCHRONISATION FRAMEWORK
Elite-Integrations are a leading provider of integrated Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) solutions for Sage 50, Sage 200, Pegasus Opera 2 & Pegasus Opera 3. Elite commissioned Instrumentum to deliver a Data Synchronisation Framework to support the replication of EPoS data between EPoS instances installed across retailers' shops and offices.

Instrumentum worked closely with Elite Integrations to design and implement a robust Data Synchronisation Framework, capable of scaling to the high transaction volumes demanded by the largest of retailers.

Elite were able to quickly integrate the framework into its EPoS solutions where it forms the foundation of data synchronisation for its retail clients.
